If you need to contact me for other reasons, best bet is instagram. But I have three small children––they take all my time, and my work computer doesn’t have internet. I may post updates, but if I don’t reply to something, it just means I haven’t seen it.
Also, if I log onto social media during the work day, Cal Newport crawls out of a glowing portal in the floor and punches me in the kidney. It’s had a chilling effect on my social media usage.
